Note: Above registration fee covers all plenary / presentation sessions, reception, coffee breaks, two lunches (each on 17-18 December), exhibits, banquet (limit ONE), 1 copy of the Proceedings and Conference Souvenir. Full-time Students are required to send/show their valid identity card. In case an author has multiple papers, one registration can cover only one paper. At least one author per accepted paper must register at "regular rate" in order for the paper to be included in the Conf. proceedings. The payment must be made prior to submitting the final version of the manuscript.

 * ONLY Cash and Credit Card are acceptable. ONLY US$ and HK$ are acceptable. Current exchange rate is 1 US$=7.8 HK$.

Guidelines for the Payment of Conference Registration Fees

Registration payments must be received by the registration deadline for the rate at which you registered; if payment is not received by the deadline, you will be responsible for the higher rate. The conference registration fees can be paid by following three methods.

1. Online Payment by Visa/Master Credit Cards

2. Offline Payment

The payment of registration fee by Master/Visa credit card is also accepted. However, the additional bank charges should be paid by attendants. All money orders should be made payable to The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Please download the Registration form and provide the required details. Please FAX and mail your completed form so as to reach us before the registration deadline.

3. Payment by Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)

The conference attendants may also arrange urgent payment of the registration fees by telegraphic transfer. All the bank charges should be paid by attendants. Please download the Registration form for telegraphic transfer and follow the instructions in this form.

Refund policy: Processing fee $50 before 1 December 2012. No refunds after 1 December 2012.
